Privacy Policy: PocketSavyr App

1. Privacy at a Glance

PocketSavyr does not require you to create an account. Your savings challenges, amounts, schedules, transaction history, settings, activity history, and reports generated on your device are stored locally on your device by default.
We do not sell personal information, display third-party advertising, or use your information for cross-app or cross-site tracking. We do not operate a server that receives or stores your financial-planning data.
Cloud backup and sharing are optional features and occur only when you deliberately choose to use them.

2. Information You Provide

You may choose to enter information into PocketSavyr, including challenge names, savings targets, planned or completed transfer amounts and dates, notes, categories, and preferences such as reminders and currency settings.
PocketSavyr uses this information solely to provide the application's features. This includes tracking your progress, scheduling reminders, generating forecasts and reports, creating backups, restoring data, and supporting device migration.
PocketSavyr generates insights, calculations, and reports directly on your device. These calculations are not financial advice and are not sent to Adaptiveware.

3. Where Your Information Is Stored

Information Stored on Your Device
Your challenge and transaction data, audit and activity history, settings, generated reports, and locally scheduled reminder details are stored locally on your device.
This information remains private and is not sent to or stored on Adaptiveware's servers.
Optional Cloud Backup
PocketSavyr allows you to optionally connect a cloud-backup location. If you choose to use this feature, PocketSavyr creates a backup file and writes it to the cloud-storage account you select, such as iCloud Drive or Google Drive.
The backup remains in your personal cloud-storage account. Adaptiveware does not receive, host, or have access to these backup files. Your use of the selected cloud provider is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Exports and Sharing
You may choose to export a backup or generate a PDF or CSV report and share it using your device's sharing functionality.
Exported information is sent only to the application, person, or service you select. Once you choose to share information with another person or service, that recipient's privacy practices apply to the information you have shared.

4. Notifications

With your permission, PocketSavyr uses local notifications to remind you about planned transfers or reports.
These notifications are scheduled and delivered directly by your device. You can disable notifications within PocketSavyr or through your device settings.
PocketSavyr does not use push-notification services to send your data to Adaptiveware.

5. Purchases and Subscriptions

If PocketSavyr offers a paid subscription or other purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play, as applicable.
Adaptiveware does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account details. We use purchase and entitlement information supplied by the applicable app store only to provide and restore the features you have purchased.
Apple and Google process payment information according to their respective privacy policies.

6. Information We Do Not Collect

PocketSavyr does not collect or share your name, email address, telephone number, postal address, contacts, photos, location, or advertising identifier.
We also do not collect bank-account credentials, payment-card details, or financial-account connections.
Your financial-planning data is not collected for storage on our servers, analytics, advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes. PocketSavyr also does not collect your browsing history, search history, or information from other applications or websites.
PocketSavyr does not use third-party analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking software development kits (SDKs) in the app.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or advertising purposes.
Information leaves your device only when you deliberately use a cloud-backup, export, or sharing feature, or when an applicable app store processes a purchase.
We may disclose limited information where required by applicable law or a valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the security, rights, or property of users, the public, or Adaptiveware.
Because PocketSavyr does not maintain a central copy of your PocketSavyr data, we generally cannot provide that data in response to legal requests.

8. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You control the data stored within PocketSavyr. You can delete individual savings challenges, delete all local PocketSavyr data using the app's Clear data control, uninstall the application, or export your data before deleting it.
Deleting local data or uninstalling PocketSavyr does not automatically delete copies that may have been retained by a cloud provider, a recipient, or a device-level backup service.
If you want to remove a cloud backup, you must delete the backup file from the cloud-storage location you selected.

9. Data Security

PocketSavyr is designed so that your information remains on your device unless you choose otherwise. The application uses platform-provided storage, permissions, and file-sharing mechanisms to manage information.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, device passcode, cloud account, and any exported files from unauthorized access.

10. Children

PocketSavyr is not directed to children under the age of 13, and Adaptiveware does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to Adaptiveware through a support interaction, please contact us. We will take appropriate steps to delete that information.

11. International Processing

Your PocketSavyr data is ordinarily stored on your device.
If you choose to use cloud backup, export or share a report, contact support, or make a purchase, the selected cloud provider, service, or app store may process information in countries other than your own.
Such processing is subject to the applicable provider's own policies and safeguards.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when PocketSavyr or applicable requirements change.
When an update is made, the revised version will be published on this page and the Last Updated date will be changed.
If a change materially affects how we handle data, we will provide additional notice where required by law.

14. Privacy Summary
